Ample Storage Hillsborough Road

Been a HIGHLY SATISFIED customer for 8 yrs. Their rates are good and have barely increased during that time (unlike other companies). Thank you! Excellent customer service from RJ and Keegan. They are responsive and easy to work with. The facility and property are clean. I have storage units in 3 states. My experience with Public Storage and U-Hall makes me appreciate Ample Storage even more. For my Public Storage units in TX and FL, rates are high and they raise my rate every 6 months by 25-30% Inexcusable!! Condition and cleanliness of PS facilities are so-so; customer service ranges from awful to okay. I would never rent from them again. I will choose Ample Storage for future needs even if I have to drive a little farther.

This facility served its purpose. Ten years, two price increases, multiple staff changes.

Just rented a unit yesterday. Great experience so far! Sam & Kerrie were super nice, very warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful in answering all questions. My unit and the hallways leading to it were extremely clean.

Must get lock cut off if you can't find key. So keep that in mind.

We have been very pleased with our use of Ample Storage. We feel there is adequate security and there is much access to our unit. Our unit was very clean when we rented it. We had a small problem with the door but it was fixed very quickly and correctly. Highly recommend Ample Storage.

Mark Knight has always been courteous and extraordinarily helpful. The unit, while well-protected, is very easy to access. I wish all storage facilities and their managers were this helpful. This is a great place to store your belongings. I can't imagine anyone being more helpful or courteous, or facilities being any easier to use. No, there's no place for garbage, but that is true of all storage facilities, and not the fault of this place or its manager. I highly recommend it.

Mark and Bridget have been exceptionally great to work with. The facility is clean, convenient, and easy to use. Their lease and customer relation system is simple and very effective. Will definitely contact then again when I need storage or a temporary workshop.

Mark is awesome! He helped me figure out the best unit for the items that I needed to store away while I was looking for an apartment. The facility was clean and nicely put together, I never had any problems. No complaints on my end. Great service! Will definitely come back to Ample storage if I need to move again.

He was especially considerate of my storage needs these last couple of weeks. I have recommended this facility to friends and they are very happy as well.
