I've been renting a storage unit from this property for almost 10 years and the only problem I ever have is when some idiot decides to park their cars were you can't get by even in the spacious driveways. Some people don't think rules apply to them I guess.

Well. I rented multiple storages for my business. It's not straightforward because I use the storage not the way it's been designed for. The manager is very nice and willing to work with me. They called me the moment a problem occurred and stood by my side to figure out a solution. I have full trust in them.
I have never had a problem with this facility and I've had a unit there longer than I care to admit. To the person who had a problem with mold - why didn't you look for a climate controlled facility? Of course you will experience mold and midew issues if you leave items long enough in a non-climate controlled environment. They cost more, but if you were trying to save a buck don't complain about the inevitable. By the way, didn't rate it 5 because they've never served me wine and cheese when I've visited.
