KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self-storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility. Leasing self-storage units involves keeping the office open during the posted hours and answering the phone. Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone. Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self-storage units in rent ready condition. This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public.

HOURS

Weekend, weekday & holidays availability necessary!

Competitive hourly rate (pay differential for weekends & holidays) plus $15.00 per lease monthly bonus!

– Part Time Position, typically 2 days per week

- Saturdays 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

- One to two days during the week from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. (as determined by manager and needs of business)

The candidate must be available to work holiday schedule and cover for manager’s vacations and days off when necessary.

– Up to 29 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS

– High School diploma or equivalent required

– Minimum age of 21 years’ old

– Must own Reliable Transportation

–Must have a Valid and maintain State Driver’s License

– Background & Driving Record Check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required

The location will be at our American Flag Storage facility at 3614 Murchison Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28311
