Thank you for your patience over the past year with our modified business procedures due the COVID-19 Pandemic. We appreciate your business and loyalty to Ample Storage!
Based on recent CDC guidelines, we have initiated steps to lessen protocols for all of our employees in all of our leasing offices. We will continue to ask employees to stay home when sick, follow proper hand-washing protocols, and continue to clean frequently touched surfaces.
All of our leasing offices will continue to remain open and we look forward to seeing you in person! We do ask that if you are sick that you come back another day to see us, and if have not been fully vaccinated that you wear a mask and practice social distancing while in our leasing offices.
If you prefer, we can still address your questions and conduct business with you through several ‘remote’ options:
- You can speak with us about your storage questions or make a payment over the phone by calling your local office or our call center at (877) 876-4647.
- You can conveniently access your account, pay your bill online and/or set-up monthly auto-pay through the Pay My Bill tab on our website. Should you need any assistance with using or setting up online services, please contact us at (877) 876-4647. Please note that if your payment is more than 30 days past due, you must call in your payment.
- If you would like to rent a storage unit, we can do so over the phone at your local office phone number or by calling (877) 876-4647 to make a reservation.
Our staff is happy to assist or answer any questions that you may have. We will continue to monitor this changing situation and provide you additional updates as needed.
