Very good service. Its clean and quiet. I just wish the lighting inside was better and the doors were able to give easier access.

April, is the absolute best property manager, she's very attentive to detail. She always makes sure all of my lockers are well maintained and looked after, I often receive deliveries and she will either hold them for me and even personally delivers them to one of my units. She is always willing to go above and beyond the call if duty. Just an absolute joy to be around.

April is by far the the best property manager I’ve came in contact with. I needed a last minute storage unit and she came through with flying colors. It was not just supplying us with a unit it was the way she understood our situation had all the paper work filled out before we got there so I could be in and out. I give April a A+. She should have her own franchise.

I have utilized several storage facilities in the past. The property manager April is by far the best property manager there is. She happily welcomed our family, streamlined the process answered all of our questions. She also went above and beyond her duties by coordinating with our moving company upon their arrival. I have already recommended to my friends and will definitely use this place again.

I told here what I needed and she immediately filled me in on what size unit that would benefit me. The facility and grounds were very clean and neat. Ms. April was God’s gift Earth in helping me with my move. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted with a hearty hello and a gleaming smile. Her duty to her customers goes above and beyond. I would like to give recognition to this particular storage facility. First, my initial experience renting at the storage facility was wonderful. The clerks were extremely nice, helpful and handled everything in a professional manner. I have never rented from American Flag before, but this will always be my only choice. Every visit, I see the manager, April, on-site busy keeping the facility grounds clean and monitoring the storage areas. She always waves to me and has a big smile on her face each time I see her. I even experienced a situation where I lost the key to my storage unit in which she personally came to my unit with contact info of a quick local locksmith. I felt that she gave me full assurance that she was concern about my unfortunate situation and actually came to me to ensure I was able to get the help I need. I think April is phenomenal as the site manager and it is apparent how well the facility is run and care for. My hat goes off to this professional facility manager and her staff.

Ms. April is truly an amazing woman. She made our experience so pleasant given the stress we were under. When it was time to vacate, we felt like we were leaving a family member. Thank you Ms. April for your impeccable customer service!!
