As a customer for nearly 4 years, after having an issue with one of my bank accounts, they sent me a letter threatening to file charges against me with the Sherriff's department. Very disappointing. I did get a follow up call from the property manager, Jaime. She was very cordial and extremely supportive. My online access was restored and I plan on continuing with our business relationship with faith that I will be treated as a loyal customer. American Self Storage, Located at 2108 Jacks Ford dr. Fayetteville, NC, 28303 was very helpful on getting me a storage. The customer service was very good compared to majority of businesses these days. They were also the cheapest that I could find in the area. The gate hours were reasonable, and never had any issues.
This facility is AWESOME! I give a huge thanks to Jamie and John for all the assistance they have given me in taking care of my unit in my absence. I have had nothing but a great experience over the last 3+ years that I have been with American Flag Storage. If you want the best in all areas of customer service there is no better place! Again thanks for everything Jamie and John, you guys are the best!!! Always going above and beyond for the customer!
Pretty good, except the rows between the units are pretty tight and hard to fit any larger vehicles. If you're moving stuff with a large pick up, or a U-Haul, just be aware that it's gonna be a SQUEEZE.

John was very polite and helpful! I walked in 2 mins til close; I was still assisted in securing the unit I needed. It was both clean and spacious in the facility office and the unit itself. The prices were reasonable and the customer service exceptional! I was in and out in NO TIME!
My son had some items stored here. Climate controlled, security codes to even enter the climate controlled area. Heavy duty cargo elevator, well lite, and easy to read numbers on their units. Their are small and medium.flat carts to be able to move multiple items to and from the building with ease. I would recommend this place for storage if climate control was required.
This is the best storage facility that I have ever dealt with!!! Amber and the rest of the staff are super helpful and friendly. They made sure that I had the right unit for my needs, checked on me continuously to make sure that I was having no problems, that I was safely able to navigate the property, and they made sure that I knew every service and tool they had to offer. This is the ONLY storage facility that I will ever use in Fayetteville.
We are on our 3rd military move back to Fort Bragg. I ALWAYS use American Flag at the Jack's Ford / Sante Fe location for three reasons. 1st: LOCATION. Not know which area around post we will find a house in, this location is perfectly central for access to All American Expressway and the New 295 Expressway so you can get virtually anywhere around post with ease. 2nd: VALUE. For people in my position of only needing short term storage until finding a home, it is $35 for the 1st month, ANY SIZE, with locks, insurance, etc. If you plan to stay longer it is also very reasonable/competitive with the area. Lastly (Most important): SERVICE! Jaimie went WAY out of her way to help us as we were driving in from Minnesota, arriving after hours with a moving truck towing a car full of our cherished possessions we didn't want the moving company to take. She helped us secure the vehicle over night and finalize everything in the morning. She truly cares about people, as does John who was just as friendly and helpful as well. During a really stressful move in the middle of the COVID-19 situation, they REALLY made our arrival a pleasure...now if they could do something about the heat and humidity! This is THE place to store your cherished possessions.
I’ve been a customer of this location for approximately 3 years. Nothing but great experiences. The staff is very friendly, caring and understanding. Always happy to help me, never once have I had an employee there being disgruntle or rude. Jamie the manger of the property is AMAZING!! When I had issues, like needing a bigger inside unit and none where available. She worked her magic to get me one. A++++ storage facility!!
